Meditation: The Key to Reducing our Stress

What are your goals for 2021? I bet it has something to do with your health. I know mine does. I turn 50 this year, so I am determined to have my health restored by May. As 2020 comes to a close, it is the perfect time to reflect on old habits that don’t serve us and try to incorporate new ones to bring us closer to our goal of better health! I have not been consistent with meditation, but many swear by it. Stress in our lives is the poison that drives our illness. This year I will prioritize my morning routine and incorporate meditation into my life, even if it is just five minutes. I thought this would be the perfect time to highlight the three podcasts I did with experts in this field. They each offer a mini mediation session in each of the podcasts. So listen just listen to the podcasts, and you will already have your meditation done for the day!
